The "Vibration Disk Mill RS 200" is a grinding machine that can quickly and efficiently grind medium-hard, hard, brittle, and fibrous samples to a particle size suitable for analysis, with high reproducibility and no loss of material. It crushes samples in 1 to 3 minutes using pressure, impact, and grinding forces. The grinding set can be securely fixed to the vibration plate with a one-touch lever. The vibration plate rotates horizontally at 700 to 1500 rpm. Additionally, the grinding sets are available in chrome steel, tungsten carbide, agate, and zirconia, allowing for use with various samples.
